I’m preparing a large-scale LinkedIn campaign and need a comprehensive database of freelancer contacts—target size is roughly 89 million records. The file should be ready for direct upload into LinkedIn’s campaign manager, so I’m expecting clean, well-structured data (CSV or XLSX) that contains at minimum:

• full name
• LinkedIn profile URL
• primary skill or category
• country (and city when available)
• contact email (only if it complies with LinkedIn’s advertising rules)
