I’m looking for a seasoned accountant who can dive into the numbers of my medium-sized business, pull out the story they tell, and turn it into clear, actionable insights. The focus is strictly on financial analysis—no routine bookkeeping or tax prep—so I need someone comfortable dissecting balance sheets, income statements, and cash-flow data, then presenting trends, ratios, risk areas, and growth opportunities in a format management can act on immediately.

We’ll begin with a short discovery call so you can gauge data volume and confirm which tools you prefer working with (Excel, Power BI, QuickBooks data exports, or similar). After reviewing our historic financials and current YTD results, you’ll produce:

• A concise analysis report highlighting key performance metrics, variance explanations, and recommendations
• Any supporting spreadsheets or dashboards used in the analysis
• A walkthrough session where you explain findings and field questions from leadership
