I have a Microsoft Access database that needs to be populated with mixed text-and-numeric records pulled from several source documents. The structure of the tables is already in place; what I need is careful, consistent data entry that respects the existing field types, relationships, and any validation rules.
You will receive:
• The current .accdb file with empty tables ready for input
• Scanned and PDF source sheets containing the raw information
Your task is straightforward but precision-critical: transcribe each record into the appropriate table, double-checking that numbers stay numeric, text fields remain text, and referential links are preserved. I expect the completed database returned along with a brief log noting any uncertainties or anomalies you encountered so I can review them quickly.
