Meta-Analysis Statistical Expert Needed

I'm seeking a statistician to conduct a meta-analysis. The primary goal is to assess the effectiveness of an intervention using observational studies. This is a medical orthopeadic surgical meta analysis of different interventikon in a specific disease conditions. We have already gathered all the data but need someone that can evaluate the data for us.

Key Requirements:
- Combine data from multiple observational studies
- Use a random-effects model for analysis
- Provide a comprehensive interpretation of results
