Medical Longitudinal Analysis Needed

I have a longitudinal medical dataset that tracks patients over multiple time-points, and I need clear evidence of whether the treatment under study is truly effective. To get there, I want a mixed-model approach that correctly handles repeated measures, accounts for intra-subject correlation, and reports treatment-by-time interactions.
Here’s what I expect:
• Build and document an appropriate mixed model (linear or generalized, as the data dictate) in R, Python, or Stata.
• Provide well-commented code plus a brief, reader-friendly report that includes model assumptions, diagnostics, fixed-effect estimates, confidence intervals, and an interpretation of the treatment effect.
• Supply any data-wrangling or transformation steps so the analysis is fully reproducible.
