Medical Furniture BOQ Preparation
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I already have complete floor-plan drawings for an AKU medical facility, with furniture layouts and tags in place. What I need now is a meticulous pair of eyes—someone comfortable with healthcare space planning and the nuances of medical-grade furnishings—to walk through every room on those plans, verify what is shown, and translate it into a clean, easily filterable Excel schedule.
Your task is to extract every tagged furniture item, confirm its count and precise location, then organise the information room-by-room. In the same spreadsheet, add a column for detailed specifications and descriptions (finish, model, key dimensions, special infection-control notes, etc.) so the document can be handed straight to procurement without extra formatting.
I will supply the drawings as PDFs and, if you prefer, the native CAD files. After your review, the deliverable should be:
• One Excel workbook, tabbed or clearly sectioned by room, listing: item code/tag, description, specification, quantity, and drawing reference.
The schedule must reconcile perfectly with the plans; any discrepancies you notice should be flagged in a comments column.
If you have questions while extracting data, feel free to reach out—accuracy is paramount.
