Because this is an initial, low-complexity engagement, I’m looking for a concise deliverable set: an annotated spreadsheet with your formulas or pivot tables intact, plus a brief summary (1–2 pages or a slide deck) that calls out the most significant insights and recommendations. Feel free to work in Excel, Python (pandas), or another tool if you include the source file so I can reproduce the results.
