Marin Fuel Economic Evaluation Model & Sensitivity Chart

I have built a custom economic model in Excel that falls outside the standard cost-benefit, financial projection, or risk assessment templates. Before I take it any further, I want a second set of expert eyes on every calculation. Your job is to trace each formula, confirm the logic, flag hidden circular references, and suggest cleaner or more efficient functions where they make sense. Once the maths are rock-solid, I also need a tornado chart inside the same workbook so I can run a clear sensitivity analysis on the key drivers.

Deliverables
• Corrected and commented Excel workbook with all revisions tracked
• Embedded tornado chart that dynamically updates when inputs change
• Brief change log summarising issues found, fixes applied, and any remaining assumptions

Acceptance criteria
The workbook must calculate without errors, all edits must be fully transparent, and the tornado chart needs to sort variables automatically by impact. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get started.
