Manufacturing Factory QA Audits

I’m seeking an experienced quality-assurance professional to become my eyes and ears inside manufacturing facilities that supply an American buyer. Your mandate is to carry out comprehensive factory evaluations—combining on-site presence in Pakistan or Benelux with remote oversight—then turn the findings into practical, process-focused CAPA recommendations.

Scope of each audit
The evaluation must cover three pillars I care about most: the robustness of the production process, adherence to safety standards, and the realities of employee working conditions. I expect you to benchmark each pillar against our customer’s brand requirements, local law, and relevant ISO/ILO guidelines.

Engagement model
I’m flexible on structure. We can work on a retainer for recurring monthly audits, dashboards, and CAPA follow-ups, or tackle stand-alone packages such as Pre-Production, In-Process, and Final Random inspections for new orders or supplier onboarding. Either way, the work is hybrid: you visit the plant, gather primary evidence, then collaborate with me remotely for reporting and closure.

Key deliverables
• Full audit report (PDF + raw data)
• Photographic evidence and risk matrix
• CAPA register focused on process improvements, with root cause, corrective action, preventive action, owner, and target dates
• 30-day progress review call
• If on retainer: rolling KPI dashboard updated monthly

Acceptance criteria
The report must quantify non-conformities, assign severity levels, and link every finding to a clear, trackable CAPA item. All recommendations should emphasize sustainable process improvements rather than one-off fixes.

Tools you’re comfortable with—whether ISO 9001 checklists, Lean Six Sigma, or Power BI for dashboards—are welcomed so mention them in your proposal.
