Manual Survey Data Entry

I have a batch of survey responses that need to be keyed in accurately from paper/PDF into a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets—whichever you prefer). The task is strictly manual data entry, no automated scraping or scripts.

Scope
• About 300 short questionnaires, each with fewer than 20 fields
• Plain text and multiple-choice answers only—no images or special formatting

What I’m looking for
• 100 % accuracy on names, dates, and tick-box selections
• Consistent formatting (e.g., capitalisation, date style)
• Daily progress update so I can spot-check for errors early

Deliverable
• A clean, well-structured spreadsheet ready for analysis, with one row per respondent and clear column headers
