Manual Mixed Data Entry Task

I have a collection of records that combine text descriptions with corresponding numeric values, and I need them transferred—keystroke by keystroke—into the spreadsheet template I will supply. This is strictly manual data entry; no scripts, OCR, or bulk-import tools should be used, as I want human oversight on every line for accuracy.

Here is what the task involves:
• Open the source files I provide (they come in standard document formats).
• Type each text field and its associated number into the correct column of my Excel or Google Sheet, following the header labels exactly.
• Double-check totals, spelling, and number formats before marking the row complete.

I will share clear field-by-field instructions and a small sample set so you can confirm your understanding before starting the full run. Turnaround, data integrity, and confidentiality are paramount; I’ll run spot checks, and any row that’s more than 99 % accurate counts toward project completion.
