I have a collection of digital Word documents that contain a blend of text and numerical information. I need each record transcribed with care into the structured spreadsheet template I will supply right after kickoff. Accuracy matters more than speed, although I would like to keep the turnaround tight once you get into a rhythm.

Because the source files are Word documents, copy-paste alone will not capture the formatting or numerical values cleanly, so every line has to be reviewed and, when necessary, re-typed to preserve punctuation, decimal points, and any special characters. I will provide clear column headings and a short example row to remove any guesswork.

Deliverables (all must be completed for the job to be marked finished):
• A fully populated spreadsheet that mirrors the order of the original Word files
• A brief log noting any illegible sections or obvious inconsistencies you encounter
• Confirmation that totals or calculated fields match the source material, where applicable
