Managerial Performance Analysis Report

I need a clear, data-driven review of our current managerial performance. I’ll supply three data sets—employee KPIs, core business-process metrics, and recent customer-satisfaction scores—and want you to translate those numbers into practical insights we can act on right away.
Scope of work
• Clean, organise, and validate the spreadsheets in Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Office.
• Analyse trends, correlations, and underlying causes that influence efficiency, staff productivity, and customer experience.
• Present findings in visually engaging charts or infographics; using Adobe Photoshop to polish graphics is welcome.
• Deliver a concise narrative that pinpoints strengths, bottlenecks, and specific managerial actions to improve performance.
Final deliverables
1. Written report (about 10–15 pages) in Word or PDF.
2. Slide deck summarising key conclusions.
3. All editable source files, formulas, and visual assets.
