Machine Learning & Industrial Automation Programming
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We are looking for an experienced programmer to collaborate on a Machine Learning and Industrial Automation project applied to low-enthalpy geothermal plants.
The goal is to develop a system for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing geothermal data using industrial control languages and technologies.
Main Activities (Phase 1):
Implementation of a simple system for acquiring and managing geothermal data from sensors and PLCs.
Programming in Structured Text (ST) according to the IEC 61131-3 standard.
Requirements:
Experience in PLC programming using Structured Text (ST).
Knowledge of the IEC 61131-3 standard.
Basic knowledge of, or interest in, integration with Machine Learning / Data Analysis systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SCADA systems or industrial IoT.
Data analysis skills and familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data processing.
Details:
Type of collaboration: project-based (initially a basic implementation, followed by subsequent extensions).
Estimated duration of the first phase: 2–4 weeks.
Work mode: remote, with the possibility of periodic online meetings.
