I have a complete set of anonymised MRI scans from real patients and I’m ready to turn the findings into a publishable journal article. The paper must focus on diagnosing tumors and rely on solid quantitative analysis—no qualitative discussion sections beyond what is needed for context.
Here is what I need:
• Literature integration: a concise review positioning our dataset within current tumor-diagnosis research.
• Methodology: clear description of preprocessing, segmentation, and statistical approaches applied to the images (e.g., radiomics, machine-learning classifiers, ROC analysis).
• Results section: detailed quantitative metrics, tables, and figures that highlight diagnostic accuracy.
• Discussion & conclusion: interpretation tied back to the quantitative findings, limitations, and future work.
• Journal-ready formatting: follow the author guidelines of a reputable peer-reviewed radiology or medical imaging journal (I’m flexible on the specific journal; suggest the best match).
I will supply:
– De-identified DICOM files and any existing annotations.
– IRB approval letter confirming data use for publication.
– A brief outline of my initial hypotheses.
Deliver a full manuscript (approx. 4,000–6,000 words) plus all underlying code or statistical notebooks so results are reproducible. Familiarity with Python, R, or MATLAB for image analysis is welcome—use whichever you prefer but document it clearly.
Timeline: first draft within four weeks, final revision two weeks after feedback.
