MRI Analysis for Neuroimaging

Project Goal
I am seeking an experienced neuroimaging analyst to process existing structural MRI scans using FreeSurfer (or FastSurfer + FreeSurfer-compatible outputs) to quantify regional brain volumes and cortical thickness, with a focus on longitudinal comparison.
This project involves:
Running FreeSurfer’s full recon-all pipeline
Running FreeSurfer’s longitudinal stream (recon-all -long) if multiple timepoints are available
Extracting regional volumes, cortical thickness, and relevant metrics
Packaging results into a clinician-readable summary
Input Data
1–2 structural T1-weighted MRI scans (high-resolution, clinical)
Provided as DICOM or NIfTI
Already acquired at a hospital (no scanning required)
