Require individuals that are adept in Undergraduate subjects and above. Again the emphasis is on STATISTICS. Project Description:
This project requires you to create a valuation model based on a database of property sales. You will write a report describing the procedures used to build the model, showing all of the intermediate results and final model, and summarize your conclusions about the model and the process used to build it.
Objectives
• investigate a database of information and determine useful data for a multiple regression model
building application;
• present complicated numerical information in an easily understood and orderly manner;
• perform model building techniques based on additive multiple regression analysis (MRA); and
• test and evaluate the strength of a valuation model.
This is an in-depth project that simulates what real estate analysts do in practice when creating mass appraisal models. Your end result or “answer” is important, but more critical
is the demonstration of your learning in going through this exercise. In other words, keep in mind that the marker will be considering the logic of your approach and not just your final results.
WE ARE ONLY LOOKING FOR INDIVIDUALS WHERE ENGLISH IS THEIR FIRST LANGUAGE (EXCEPTIONS APPLIED TO THOSE WHOM ARE TRUE PROFESSIONALS IN THE FIELDS NOTED). AND WHERE THEIR DEGREES ARE FROM ENGLISH BASED INSTITUTIONS AND PREFERABLY FROM ENGLISH BASED COUNTRIES!
