The data is provided in the form of Binary adjacency matrices, with each group consisting of 30 subjects.
**Tasks:**
1. **Functional Connectivity Difference:**
- Analyze and identify differences in functional connectivity between the three groups.
2. **Structural Connectivity Difference:**
- Assess and determine variations in structural connectivity among the Healthy, Post Treatment, and Prior Treatment groups.
3. **Properties Analysis:**
