Looker Dashboards for Homebuilder Software

I need an experienced data analyst who can turn our raw SQL data into clear, decision-ready insights inside Looker. You’ll plug directly into our Runway tech stack—which serves home builders and land developers worldwide—and work alongside our client support and R&D teams to surface the metrics that matter.

Here’s what the engagement looks like day to day: you’ll explore our SQL databases, model the data in LookML, and design uncluttered, descriptive dashboards that executives and project managers can use immediately. Clean joins, intuitive drill-paths, and flexible filters are essential; the visual layer must be as solid as the underlying logic.

Deliverables
• LookML models and explores that follow best practice naming and documentation
• A suite of interactive dashboards covering sales pipeline, construction progress, and customer support KPIs
• A short hand-off guide so internal analysts can extend your work

Acceptance criteria
• All queries perform within acceptable latency on our staging environment
• Dashboards render correctly on desktop and tablet with no broken tiles
• Business users confirm that the numbers match source-of-truth reports in SQL
