Local Tech Startup Lead Research

I’m looking for help sourcing a fresh batch of qualified project-milestone leads in the Technology sector, limited to startups operating in my local market.

Here’s what I need delivered:
• A neatly organised spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) containing each startup’s name, website, primary contact (ideally a decision-maker), email, phone, and any publicly available note that confirms an upcoming or recent milestone (launch, funding round, product release, etc.).
• Every record must be verified for accuracy—no outdated emails or generic inboxes.
• A short annotation column explaining how you confirmed the milestone so I can quickly prioritise outreach.
