Loan Spreadsheet Formatting Expert Needed

I need a well-structured spreadsheet that lets me manage every stage of a client’s loan—from initial details to the very last repayment—without hunting through cluttered tabs. All core data must live in a single, clearly labeled table that captures client information, loan details, and full repayment schedules.

The file has to be more than just neat; it needs smart controls. Please build in data-validation drop-downs so my team can’t mistype loan types, dates, or statuses, and create pivot tables that instantly show totals by client, loan period, and overall repayment progress. Those summaries will drive our weekly reports, so speed and accuracy matter.

Organize the sheet primarily around each client, with easy-to-read columns for the original loan period and running repayment totals. A separate summary view generated by the pivot tables should let me filter by loan type or repayment status whenever I need deeper insight.
