Strategic Advertising Agency, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Loan Specialist to manage, evaluate, and optimize financing solutions that support business operations, client initiatives, and growth strategies. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial health by overseeing loan processes, ensuring compliance, and aligning financing decisions with the agency’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate, process, and manage loan applications related to business operations, marketing investments, and agency growth initiatives
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, cash flow, and risk factors to recommend appropriate financing solutions
• Serve as a liaison between lenders, financial institutions, internal leadership, and third-party partners
• Prepare and maintain accurate loan documentation, disclosures, and compliance records
• Monitor loan performance, payment schedules, renewals, and refinancing opportunities
• Ensure all loan activities comply with federal, state, and industry regulations
• Support leadership with financial forecasting, budgeting, and funding strategy insights
• Assist with grant, line-of-credit, and alternative funding research when applicable
• Maintain confidentiality of all financial and client information

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Loan Specialist, Loan Officer, Financial Analyst, or similar role
• Strong understanding of commercial loans, credit analysis, and financial reporting
• Familiarity with small business financing, SBA loans, and agency-based revenue models is a plus
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in financial software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
