Lithuanian Telecom Market Analyst
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I’m launching a two-year study of Lithuania’s technology sector, with a tight focus on the telecom market and, more precisely, on how customers feel, behave, and stay loyal to mobile, fixed-line, and internet providers. To make this work I need a Lithuania-based research analyst or assistant I can rely on from the first questionnaire draft to the final trend report.
Here’s what I’ll count on you to handle:
• Design and localise customer-satisfaction questionnaires that capture NPS, churn triggers, and usage habits.
• Recruit and manage a statistically representative Lithuanian sample for each survey wave, using online panels, CATI, or in-person intercepts as appropriate.
• Clean and validate raw data, then run descriptive and inferential analysis in Excel, SPSS, R, or Python—whatever keeps the process transparent and reproducible.
• Translate the findings into concise, visually clear slide decks (PowerPoint or Google Slides) and supply the underlying data files (.xlsx or .sav).
• Deliver a pilot wave within four weeks of project start, followed by regular quarterly waves through the full two-year timeline.
Acceptance criteria: every deliverable must arrive on schedule, include a cleaned dataset, reflect GDPR compliance, and present actionable insights specific to Lithuania’s telecom landscape.
Fluency in Lithuanian and English, prior experience with telecom surveys, and a commitment to long-term collaboration are essential. In your proposal, briefly outline relevant projects, the sample sizes you’ve managed, and your availability for this multi-year engagement.
