R Linear Regression Analysis

I have my own dataset ready and now need a clear, reproducible linear regression carried out entirely in R. The project involves importing the data, running the appropriate regression model, and delivering a concise interpretation of the results.
Alongside the model output, please include any essential exploratory plots or diagnostics that validate the usual regression assumptions—normality, homoscedasticity, and multicollinearity checks. I’d like the full R script (or an R Markdown notebook) so I can re-run everything on my end, plus a brief write-up that highlights the key findings and any recommendations that follow from them.
If minor data cleaning is necessary before modelling—handling missing values, recoding variables—feel free to incorporate those steps within the script and document what you did. As long as the workflow is transparent and reproducible, I’m flexible on tidyverse or base R, whichever suits you best.
