Line Graph Matching Program

I'm looking for a program that can match a given line graph against an internal database of line graphs, similar to how fingerprints are matched. The goal is to identify and display the three closest matches.

Requirements:
- Input: A line graph on an identical chart.
- Output: Display the closest three matches.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
