Level 2 Risk Assessment Update
Budget: $15 – $25 AUD
I have an existing level-2 risk assessment in an Excel sheet that now needs a thorough refresh. The structure and formulas are in place, but several hazards, controls, and likelihood figures have changed since the last review. I will supply a packet of confirmed data right away; a smaller set of items still needs to be lifted from our latest inspection reports, and I’ll forward those within 48 hours.
What I’m looking for is a single, clean workbook that reflects every new figure, note, and control measure while also presenting the sheet in a clearer, more intuitive layout. That means revising the content itself—updating risk ratings, adding new rows where we have fresh hazards—as well as re-working the formatting so key fields are colour-coded, column widths are consistent, and print areas are set correctly. Please retain any formulas that already automate severity-likelihood calculations and add new ones only where they improve accuracy or readability.
Deliverables:
• Updated Excel file with all new content entered and formatting aligned to the existing style guide
• Change log summarising every cell, formula, or layout adjustment
• Quick usage note if you introduce any new formulas or conditional-formatting rules
I’ll review the first draft and return comments within a day so we can finalise quickly.
