C-Level Executive Identification From Domains
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a spreadsheet with hundreds of domains, each one coming from an email address we received in the past. For every domain I want to know who actually runs the company behind it. Your job is to research each domain, confirm the legal or trading name of the organisation, then find the highest-ranking decision maker currently in place—CEO, Managing Director, Founder, Co-Founder, Owner or an equivalent C-suite role.
The finished sheet must be sorted by executive title, because that is the view I need for my follow-up workflow. When you verify names, start with the company’s own website; that is my preferred source. If the website is silent you may corroborate through LinkedIn, registries or reliable news coverage, but always include the strongest source you find.
Record the information in Google Sheets or Excel using this exact structure:
• Domain
• Company Name
• Executive Full Name
• Title
• Source URL (direct link to the page that confirms the executive)
• Notes – add a note only when something unusual needs explaining, such as “Founder listed, no CEO on record” or “Parent company identified”.
Accuracy and recency matter more than speed. I will spot-check a sample against the provided source URLs, so please double-check spellings, current job status and that the link clearly supports the data you enter.
