I need an experienced data-sourcing specialist who can build a large-scale, highly accurate list of company-domain email addresses for C-level, SVP, and Head-of-function executives at target companies.
The final file should arrive as a CSV or Google Sheet and include these mandatory columns: Full Name, Title, Company Name, Email, Verification Status (high / medium / low), Source URL, and a Confidence Score.
I prefer results from LinkedIn, company websites, and Zoominfo; you are welcome to enrich that with other reliable platforms such as Pitch or trusted directories as long as every record is fully sourced and valid.
For verification you’ll be expected to run SMTP checks, validate MX records, and confirm syntax using pattern analysis so we can keep bounces under 5 %.
Deliverables
• 1M fully verified executive emails in CSV/Google Sheet
• ≥ 95 % deliverability rate, with status tag and numeric confidence score for every line
• Live source link (LinkedIn profile, press release, company site, etc.) attached to each entry
Acceptance criteria
1. All addresses must be on the company’s own domain (no Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc.).
2. Every record includes at least one publicly available source link.
3. Random audit of 500 samples must show ≤ 5 % hard bounces when tested.
