I have a continuous flow of retail, office, industrial leases etc that must be distilled into clear, reliable abstracts. For each lease I’ll send, you will extract the full rent schedule, tax obligations and every critical clause, then drop those details into our standard template and upload the finished record to MRI, Yardi or Tango—whichever platform the file is assigned to.
What matters most is accuracy and consistency: numbers must tie back, clauses must be quoted verbatim, and nothing important can slip through. If you already have at least two years of abstraction experience, you know how to hit those marks while working independently and on time.
Deliverables for every assignment
• Completed abstract in our template, fully populated
• Entry of the same data into the designated database (MRI, Yardi, or Tango)
• A brief issues log if anything in the source document is unclear or missing
The workload is project-based, fully remote and flexible; I simply ask that agreed-upon deadlines are met. If you can jump into a lease, surface the essentials and leave no loose ends, I’d like to add you to the roster.
