Large Volume Data Migration to Zoho WorkDrive

Project Title
Data Migration from Shared Drive / OneDrive to Zoho WorkDrive (200–300 GB × 2 Folders)
Project Description
We have two main folders, each containing approximately 200–300 GB of data, currently stored on a Shared Drive.
Requirement:
Migrate the complete data from the Shared Drive → OneDrive → Zoho WorkDrive
All data should be consolidated into one specific existing folder in Zoho WorkDrive
Folder structure, files, and data integrity must be maintained
Migration should be reliable, stable, and completed without data loss or corruption
Scope of Work
Analyze the current Shared Drive and data structure
Plan and execute the migration to Zoho WorkDrive
Ensure successful transfer of large-volume data (total ~400–600 GB)
Verify completion and accuracy of the migrated data
