Large-Scale Business Meeting Data Extraction
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a dependable team to gather 40,000 rows of business-meeting information from publicly available websites and deliver it in a clean Excel workbook with 14 clearly labeled columns. Each record must include pre-specified details.
Scope
• Source exclusively from public websites; no APIs or paid databases are involved.
• Scrape, copy, or otherwise capture the data without violating any site’s terms of use.
• Normalize all values (consistent date & time formats, no broken links, no duplicate meetings).
Deliverables
1. Master .xlsx file containing approximately 40,000 fully populated rows; we shall set up milestones for batches
2. A brief data-collection log that notes each primary website used and any issues encountered.
3. Progress snapshots every 1,000 rows so I can spot-check accuracy.
Acceptance Criteria
• 98 %+ of links must be live and point to the meeting page.
• Dates and times must follow a single agreed-upon format (e.g., ISO 8601).
Given the volume, I expect at least three people working in parallel; if you already have an established team, mention how you plan to divide the work and keep the data consistent. I’ll supply a column template once we start, and I’m available for quick clarifications throughout the project.
