Landscaping Budget Excel Template

I’m looking to have a clean, reusable Excel workbook that keeps every dollar of my landscaping projects in plain view. The template needs to break costs down by labor, materials, equipment rentals, change orders, and trucking, while doing the math for me through reliable pre-set formulas and automatic calculations.

Because some jobs run concurrently and others span several phases, I’d like the flexibility of separate tabs for individual projects plus a summary sheet that rolls everything up into a single view. A simple dashboard or totals row that updates instantly as I enter numbers will be enough—no charts required at this stage.

Please build the file in native Excel, organize the tables intuitively, lock any formula cells to avoid accidental edits, and leave clear cell labels so anyone on my crew can update amounts without training. Once finished, send the .xlsx file along with a brief note outlining where I can expand categories or add a new project sheet myself.
