Create Professional PowerPoint Presentation for Team Lead Assessment (Using Template + Excel Analysis)

Project Description:
I am preparing for a Team Lead Assessment Center and need a professional PowerPoint presentation created using a provided Foundever template (.POTX file) and an Excel scorecard containing team performance data.

The goal is to build a clean, visually appealing, and data-driven presentation that clearly demonstrates leadership, analytical thinking, and coaching ability.

Scope of Work:

1. Template Usage

- Convert the provided  template into a working PowerPoint (.PPTX)
- Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, layout)

2. Data Analysis (VERY IMPORTANT)

- Analyze the Excel scorecard
- Identify:
- Team strengths and weaknesses
- Top performers, mid performers, and low performers
- Key KPI gaps (QA, CSAT, AHT, etc.)
- Present insights clearly using charts, tables, or visuals
