ABC is an education listed company in Saudi Arabia, and I'm seeking a financial analyst to conduct a thorough investment analysis as part of financial due diligence. The focus will be on historical financial performance.
- The project doesn’t need any research, all data will be provided
- Skills Required: Business and investment analysis, financial and data analysis, data visualization, ratio analysis
SCOPE OF WORKS:
1- Detailed financial analysis for last 8 years (financial data will be provided)
2- Build graphical visualization
3- Main ratio analyses (liquidity, profitability, efficiency, and leverage).
4- Report should Cover all relations among the previous years between profitability and expansion of students and teachers ….. etc, define the liquidity risks, efficiency of collections, assets contribution in revenue, Loans and collections utilization, growth in OE , Rev. …..
5- All analyses should be in graphics and numbers of tables, and with Briefing comments as a result of analyses.
6- Professional report designing in power Point format and Pdf.
7- comparison with 2 competitors in stock market in Saudi Arabia.
8- Comparison analysis will be over last 4 years.
9- financial data sources available (4 years Annual financial reports)
10- operational data source available (4 years Annual boards reports)
