Inventory & Sales Data Analyst / Dashboard Developer (Loyverse POS + API Integration)
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
We are looking for an experienced data analyst / developer to help us build a visual dashboard for inventory and sales performance, based on data from Loyverse POS (Back Office + API).
Our company operates multiple retail stores (costume jewelry), and we need a reliable system to monitor stock, sales trends, and optimize purchasing decisions.
Current Situation (Manual Process):
At the moment, we rely on manual exports from Loyverse:
• Export of current stock data (with unique SKU per product)
• Export of sales data over a selected period (e.g., 30 days)
• Calculation of average sales per product:
Average Daily Sales = Quantity Sold / Number of Days
Limitation:
This method does not account for out-of-stock periods, which leads to inaccurate sales averages and poor restocking decisions.
Project Objective:
Build a dynamic and automated dashboard that provides a clear overview of inventory and sales performance, using Loyverse API integration.
A key requirement is to accurately calculate:
• Number of out-of-stock days per product
• Adjusted sales performance (based on actual availability)
Key Features (Required):
• Integration with Loyverse API
• Automated data extraction (stock + sales + availability history)
• Calculation of key inventory metrics, including:
• Adjusted average daily sales (excluding stockout days)
• Stock turnover rate
• Days of inventory remaining
• Sell-through rate
• Identification of:
• Slow-moving products (for discounting)
• Best sellers (for fast restocking)
• Alerts / flags for:
• Low stock
• Risk of stockouts
• Clean, visual, and user-friendly dashboard (Power BI, Tableau, or web-based)
Expected Outcome:
A decision-making tool that helps us:
• Avoid stockouts on best-selling products
• Identify products to discount
• Optimize purchasing quantities
• Improve overall inventory management across stores
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Loyverse API (or similar POS systems)
• Strong skills in:
• Data analysis
• Dashboard creation (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or custom dashboards)
• API integration
• Experience in retail / inventory analytics is a strong plus
Nice to Have:
• Ability to suggest additional relevant KPIs
• Experience with multi-store retail environments
• Optimization / forecasting models
We are open to:
• One-time project (initial dashboard build)
• Ongoing collaboration for improvements and scaling
