I have a raw export of our sales transactions and need it transformed into clear, decision-ready insights. The main objective is to understand overall sales performance, drilling down specifically into sales by category so we can spot our best- and worst-performing product lines at a glance.
You will start by cleaning and preparing the data—removing duplicates, correcting errors, and standardising formats—before building the necessary pivot tables. From there, design an interactive dashboard in Microsoft Excel or Power BI that lets me slice results by category and instantly see the associated KPIs (revenue, profit, quantity). Smooth navigation, responsive filters, and visually coherent charts are essential.
