Interactive Excel Cost Calculator

Job ID: 39992792

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

All source data currently sits in a PDF that contains several tables, each describing a different cost component of my product. I need every one of those tables transferred into an Excel workbook, placed on separate sheets, and cleaned up so the numbers are fully usable. Once the data is inside Excel, the sheets must talk to one another: individual figures should roll up automatically, dependencies between components should be reflected with live formulas, and any change in an underlying sheet must flow through without manual intervention.

The core objective is to merge and summarize this information into one clear, single-page summary sheet that displays the total product cost. Think of it as a dynamic cost calculator: update a unit price or quantity in any source sheet and the summary instantly refreshes.

Feel free to use the most efficient Excel tools—formulas, named ranges, Power Query, or structured references—so long as the workbook stays easy for a non-technical user to follow. Visual polish is a plus, but accuracy and transparency of the calculations come first.

Deliverables:
• Excel workbook containing the cleaned source tables on separate tabs
• Built-in dependency calculations that link each tab to the others
• A single summary sheet that shows the total product cost and key subtotals
• Brief, inline notes or a one-page guide explaining how to update inputs in future

No macros are strictly required, but I’m open to them if they simplify maintenance.
