Insurance Spreadsheet Data Manipulation

I need an existing insurance company commissions spreadsheet manipulated to sort and combine data for import into EZLynx.
Requirements:
- Sort all data (policy details, customer info, claims records) by policy number.
- Combine data to include commission amounts.
- Import it into a certain template that is the uploading format for EZLynx.
- Provide instructions (or macro?) that is repeatable on a monthly basis.
Ideal Skills:
