Instagram Video Performance Audit & Catalog

I need a complete, start-to-present audit of my Instagram channel focused on content performance. Every video that has ever been posted must be captured in a spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets is fine) and listed chronologically from the very first post to the most recent one.

For each entry include:
• exact post date and time
• the full caption text (no truncation)
• view count
• like count

A short insights section after the table should highlight notable trends—spikes in views or likes, recurring caption themes that resonate, and any clear patterns you notice about timing or format. The emphasis is on likes and views; however, if you notice other standout engagement signals (comments, shares) feel free to flag them informally.

The file has to be easy to sort, filter and update, so please keep column naming consistent with what Instagram Insights or a typical CSV export would use. Data can be gathered through the Instagram Graph API, a compliant scraping workflow, or any other ethical method that guarantees accuracy.

Deliverables:
1. Spreadsheet (.xlsx or Google Sheet) with all requested fields, chronologically ordered.
2. One-page summary of key performance observations and quick, actionable recommendations.

Acceptance criteria: the number of rows in the sheet matches the total video count on the account, captions are verbatim, and view/like numbers reconcile with the live figures at the time of delivery.
