I need a data-savvy partner to pull the publicly available Indian import records for GSM/GPRS modules and it's product ( will explain once project is started) clean them, and then run a solid clustering exercise focused on geographical location. The goal is to surface patterns—such as ports with the highest volumes, regional concentration of suppliers, and any unexpected hotspots—that can guide our sourcing and distribution strategy.
