Income & Expense Reporting Excel
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My current bookkeeping is scattered and I want everything organised in one Excel file that lets me record every income and expense once and then shows me clear, ready-to-print financial reports automatically.
Scope of work
• Build a clean data-entry sheet dedicated to Income and Expenses, with columns such as date, category, description and amount.
• Create the behind-the-scenes formulas that roll those entries into running totals, monthly and yearly summaries, and an overall balance.
• Add a separate “Reports” tab that pulls the data into at least a profit-and-loss style summary plus any other insightful views you think would help me monitor cash flow quickly. Dynamic tables, slicers or simple charts are welcome if they keep the file easy to use.
• Ensure everything is built with standard Excel functions so it works in Microsoft 365 and recent standalone versions without add-ins.
Deliverable
One unlocked .xlsx workbook that performs instantly once I start typing transactions, with no manual recalculation required.
