Improve Clinical Outcomes Strategy
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We are looking to sub-contract a quality-improvement specialist, who understands the healthcare environment and lead quality improvement initiatives for some of our clients. Here’s what we are looking for:
• Analyse existing outcome data and benchmark it against recognised standards (CMS, NCQA, Joint Commission or similar).
• Pinpoint the highest-impact improvement opportunities and quantify potential gains.
• Design a practical, evidence-based improvement plan using proven methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA.
• Map clear KPIs, data-collection routines, and reporting dashboards so our clinicians can track progress in real time.
• Coach department leads on how to run the first improvement cycle and document lessons learned for future roll-outs.
Deliverables: a concise assessment report, a step-by-step improvement roadmap, and the first KPI dashboard template ready for our EHR or a standalone BI tool.
We will provide de-identified patient data, policy documents, and staff schedules. You bring strong healthcare quality expertise, familiarity with clinical metrics, and the ability to translate analytics into frontline actions. If you’ve shepherded similar projects and can start within the next two weeks, we are interested in working together.
