Impact Measurement of Financial Literacy
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a series of online courses that teach budgeting and saving skills, and now I need clear evidence of how much they actually help learners. I’m looking for a specialist who can design and execute an impact-measurement plan based on participant feedback collected through surveys.
Here’s what I have so far: the courses are delivered entirely online and concentrate on practical budgeting and saving techniques. What I still need is a well-structured survey (pre- and post-course), a sound sampling strategy, and a concise way to interpret the results so I can present concrete outcomes to stakeholders.
Key deliverables
• Survey instrument tailored to budgeting & saving content
• Deployment plan that maximises response rates for an online audience
• Statistical analysis of pre/post responses highlighting knowledge gains and behavioural intent
• Visual report (tables, charts, insights) that I can share with partners and funders
Acceptance criteria
• Questions align with established financial-literacy assessment standards
• Minimum 95 % confidence level in reported findings
• Actionable recommendations clearly linked to survey data
If you have a track record in education impact studies, survey design, or data analysis tools such as Qualtrics, Google Forms, R, or Python (Pandas, SciPy), I’d love to see how you’d approach this project and a rough timeline for completion.
