I'm seeking a skilled microbiome data scientist to conduct taxonomic profiling on human gut microbiome data. The goal is to analyze the composition and diversity of microbial communities within the gut.
I have Meta G data in cancer patients fecal sampes

I need someone to do DATA curation of the messy microbiome profiling data
Specifically, the purpose of hiring this position is to write the manuscript.


Key Requirements:
- Expertise in microbiome data analysis, specifically taxonomic profiling, functional analyses of meta G data.
-Change the messy MICROBIOME data as the file used for statistical analyses.
- Experience working with human gut microbiome datasets
- Ability to interpret complex biological data and generate meaningful insights
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and software relevant to microbiome research
