HubSpot Sales Data Merge

I have between two and five spreadsheets that all hold sales data—specifically, customer names and their contact details. I need these files merged into one clean, well-structured sheet that can be imported straight into HubSpot without a hitch.
Here’s what success looks like to me:
• All customer records combined into a single CSV or XLSX, with duplicate entries removed and column headers mapped to HubSpot’s standard fields.
• Consistent formatting for names, phone numbers, and email addresses so HubSpot recognises them immediately.
• A brief note (just a few lines) explaining any field mappings or cleanup steps you took, so I can repeat the process later if needed.
If you’re comfortable wrangling data in Excel or Google Sheets and you know HubSpot’s import requirements, this should be straightforward. I can share the files as soon as we start, and I’m happy to answer questions quickly to keep the turnaround tight.
