Historical Stock Data Spreadsheet

I need a comprehensive spreadsheet of historical stock prices from the NYSE and NASDAQ for the last 4 years (2023, 2024, 2025, and year-to-date 2026).

Requirements:
- Data accuracy and reliability (circa 100 checks on data validity will be done to ensure accuracy)
- Organized format for easy analysis
- Delivery in Excel or Google Sheets

Data Needed:
- Data set of companies that have had an IPO during these years. No other companies required. We require their ticker & company name, country of origin
- Only trading data for the first 2 weeks after IPO
- IPO date, IPO price, opening market price (i.e., for private investors which is different from opening market price)
- Open/high/low/close/volume per day for the first two weeks
- Sector of company
- Industry of company
- Market cap of company
- Shares outstanding
- Shares offered
- Float %
- Founded year
- Number of employees
- Lead underwriter
- Co-underwriters
- Venture backed? (if not possible to obtain ok)
- Lock-up expiration date
- Gross spread (%)
- S&P 500 return that day
- Nasdaq return that day
- New York Stock Exchange return that day
- VIX
