Heart Rate App Physiologist

I’m building a sports-performance mobile app centred on heart-rate data and need a qualified exercise physiologist to fine-tune the science behind it. The core feature is real-time heart-rate monitoring; every decision the app makes must translate that live stream into actionable, athlete-level feedback.
You’ll help me define training zones, thresholds and on-the-fly coaching cues, ensuring the algorithms reflect current evidence in endurance, strength and injury-prevention literature. While the first milestone focuses strictly on the live data loop, I’m open to layering in personalised plans and deeper analytics later once the physiological model is locked down.
Deliverables
• Written protocol for HR collection, artefact filtering and zone calculation
• Validation of the model against at least one athlete field test (provide raw and processed data)
• Flowchart or API spec showing how the app should surface cues during a session
• Brief implementation memo so my developers can integrate your guidance quickly
