Healthcare Data Analyst Required - Dashboard Build

I have a collection of raw healthcare data that first needs to be scrubbed and reshaped in Microsoft Excel, then modeled and visualised in Power BI so I can quickly spot trends and track KPIs. You’ll be free to lean on advanced Excel functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query and DAX—whatever makes the workflow smooth, accurate and repeatable.
My end-goal is clear insight: I want to identify patterns hidden in the data and measure KPI performance against targets, all from an interactive dashboard that stakeholders can explore without my constant guidance. Precise calculations, thoughtfully chosen visuals and well-structured data models are essential; flashy charts without substance won’t help the clinical team.
Deliverables:
• A cleaned, well-documented Excel dataset ready for refresh
• A fully interactive Power BI report with drill-downs and slicers focused on healthcare metrics
• A concise summary explaining the key findings and any recommendations that surface from the analysis
