500k Healthcare AP & CFO Emails

I need a clean, permission-based list of 500,000 email leads drawn exclusively from the North American healthcare sector. The contacts must fall into one of two buckets: (1) Accounts Payable decision-makers and controllers and (2) C-suite executives holding the CFO title. No other industries or regions are relevant to this brief.

NOTE: Database Revenue should be $100m-$5b

Data quality is critical. Every address must be recent, validated (e.g., via NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Hunter, or Debounce.io or similar), and mapped to an active company domain so that hard-bounce rates stay well below 5 %. Duplicates, role-based catch-alls, or scraped records that fail verification will be rejected.

• Job title (clearly identifying AP or Controller, Project Accountant, Account manager, Vice President, Director of Finance, cash manager and CFO)
• Company name
• Company website
• Verified email address
• Phone number (if available)
• City, state/province, and country

Before the full hand-off, share a random 200-record sample so I can spot-check formatting and accuracy. Once approved, deliver the complete file along with a short note on the validation method used and the date of the last verification sweep.
