Headhunter for Geopolitical Analyst

Job ID: 39971606

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I’m building a specialist unit that tracks global political developments and I need an International Relations & Geopolitical Analyst who can produce rigorous research and written reports on emerging issues and regional trends. Your assignment is to find that person for me.

You’ll own the full head-hunting cycle—from pinpointing talent pools and discreetly approaching passive candidates, through screening, first-round interviews, and presenting a short-list I can confidently move to final interviews. The role you are recruiting for is research-heavy; data analysis or visualisation skills are welcome but not mandatory—the analyst’s core output must be well-structured, insight-rich written reports that inform strategy.

I’ll supply a position brief and key selection criteria as soon as we start. You’ll keep me updated with weekly progress notes and candidate pipelines.

Deliverables at project close:
• Minimum three vetted candidates, each with résumé, work sample link or excerpt of a prior geopolitical report, compensation expectations, and your assessment summary.
• A short narrative on the outreach strategy you used, so I can replicate or extend it for future roles.

If you have a proven network in international affairs or have already placed analysts in think-tanks, multilaterals, or consultancy environments, let’s talk.
